Andreas Volk before Co-Founding BET-Motors, he held different management positions in electrification development within the AVL group.

Prior to joining AVL, Andreas built 12 years of experience working in different engineering positions at Mercedes Benz. From 2006 - 2010 he supported Audi and Mercedes Benz in their Le Mans and F1 activities as a development engineer.

Co-Founder BET-Motors, Hemant has built his 15 years career in Automotive Industry including 8 years in electrification development at AVL List GmbH. Prior to that, he has worked at truck development teams at Mercedes Benz in Germany & Ashok Leyland in India. All things around technology keep him busy, he loves to run & read..

Kai Voigt is an active angel investor, advisor, and coach in the deep tech startup community and consultant to investment companies and automotive suppliers.

Before that, Kai spent more than 30 years in the automotive industry including 10 years in AVL List GmbH, where he was heading the Instrumentation and Test Systems division.
Håkan SAMUELSSON |
Advisory Board
Håkan Samuelsson, age 74, returned as CEO and President of Volvo Cars on April 1, 2025, for a two-year term after previously serving in the role from 2012 to 2022.

Håkan led previously Polestar as Chairman of Board. He is Samuelsson is known for executing major strategic shifts at Volvo, including bold moves into electrification and restructuring during his previous tenures.

In his early career, he also served as the CEO of MAN Group.

Co-founder and member of the board of BHKS a German-Sino joint venture operating in the Asian truck market. Co-Founder of NewCore GmbH, a company supplying aftermarket parts for heavy duty truck engines. He served as an Air Force officer up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in his early career.
